By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use it.
- The content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.
- The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
The Pioneer Packaging reserves the right to refuse, remove, or cancel any order containing content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Customer Artwork Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all submitted artwork, including:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Layout
- Dimensions
- Colors
- Images
- Die lines
- Product specifications
The Pioneer Packaging is not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted files or approved proofs.
All artwork files should be submitted in CMYK color mode and at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI to ensure optimal print quality.
5. Design Services
We provide complimentary design support for many packaging orders.
If a customer requests design services and subsequently cancels the order, design charges may apply based on the amount of work completed.
Fees associated with completed design work are non-refundable.
6. Order Placement and Approval
An order is considered confirmed only after:
- Full payment has been received.
- All required artwork and specifications have been submitted.
- The customer has approved the final digital proof.
Once production begins, changes to artwork, specifications, quantities, shipping addresses, or delivery schedules may not be possible.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pricing may include:
- Product cost
- Printing charges
- Packaging costs
- Applicable taxes
- Shipping charges
- Additional custom services
The Pioneer Packaging reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
8. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within four (4) hours of final proof approval.
Approved cancellations are subject to:
- A $25 administrative fee, and
- 10% of the total order value.
Orders canceled within twelve (12) hours of placement may incur up to 30% of the total order value to cover materials, labor, and production preparation costs.
Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and may be denied.
9. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy
Because all products are custom manufactured, returns are generally not accepted.
Manufacturing Defects
If your order contains manufacturing defects or does not match the approved specifications, you must notify us within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.
To initiate a claim, customers must provide:
- Clear photographs showing the defect
- Order number
- Description of the issue
The Pioneer Packaging reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Reprint the affected order, or
- Provide a partial or full refund.
Change of Mind
Orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to:
- Change of mind
- Customer preference
- Incorrect information submitted by the customer
- Approved artwork errors
10. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Production timelines begin only after:
- Payment is received in full
- Artwork is approved
- All required files and information are submitted
Estimated turnaround times do not include shipping transit times.
Shipping timelines may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Labor shortages
- Transportation disruptions
- Other events beyond our control
The Pioneer Packaging is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
11. Overseas Manufacturing
Depending on project requirements, some products may be manufactured at our domestic or international production facilities.
Regardless of production location, all products are subject to our quality control standards before shipment.
12. Color Accuracy and Printing Variations
Due to differences in:
- Printing processes
- Materials
- Coatings
- Monitors
- Lighting conditions
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Minor variations between digital proofs and final printed products are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
Customers seeking precise color matching should request a physical proof before production.
13. Quantity Variance
Industry standards allow a production variance of up to ±5% in quantity.
But The Pioneer Packaging strives to provide the exact quantity ordered.
14. Website Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Interfere with website functionality.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scraping technologies without permission.
Violation of these restrictions may result in account suspension and legal action.
15. Privacy
Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Sample Products and Marketing Rights
