Return Policy – The Pioneer Packaging
At The Pioneer Packaging, every order is produced specifically for your brand. Because our products are custom-made, we maintain a clear and fair return policy to protect both our customers and our production process.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or printing error, you may request a return or replacement within this period.
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of defect (photos or videos) must be provided
- The product must be unused and in original condition where possible
Defective or Damaged Products
We take quality seriously. If your packaging order arrives with any of the following issues, we will take responsibility:
- Printing defects or color mismatch beyond acceptable tolerance
- Structural damage caused during production
- Incorrect size or specification due to our error
- Manufacturing defects affecting usability
In such cases, we will offer:
- Replacement of the defective items, or
- Reprint of the order
Non-Returnable Items
Since all products are custom manufactured, certain conditions do not qualify for returns:
- Change of mind after production starts or delivery
- Incorrect artwork provided by the client
- Orders approved by customer before production
- Minor variations in color (industry-standard tolerance)
- Small quantity overruns or underruns (if applicable)
Change of Mind Policy
Custom packaging is made specifically for your brand and cannot be reused or resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, design preference changes, or business decision updates after production begins.
We strongly recommend reviewing all design proofs carefully before final approval.
Return Approval Process
To request a return or replacement:
- Contact our support team within 30 days
- Provide your order number and issue details
- Share clear images or videos of the defect
- Wait for evaluation and approval from our quality team
