Little pouches, drawstring or flat, with your logo printed on. Ring, earrings, a chain? We size them to the piece. Cheap and light. Each piece gets its own little bag so nothing scratches, and it goes into a mailer, a gift box or somebody’s handbag.
Your time is very important to us so we have kept it short.
Ever tipped out a bag of chains? Knots. We’ve seen two rings in one bag scratch each other up inside a week and earring backs go missing who knows where, and that’s pretty much why jewelry pouches exist, each piece gets its own bag. Weighs nothing in a mailer, too.
Who uses them? Etsy sellers mostly, boutique jewelers, people with a stall at the Saturday market, online brands. Some use the pouch as the whole package. Others slip one inside a printed box, so there’s a box for the gift moment and then a pouch the customer chucks in their bag when they travel.
We measure pouches flat, width by height. A ring or stud earrings? About 3 by 3 inches is plenty. Necklaces and bracelets want more like 3 by 4, or 4 by 5, because a chain should lie in a loose coil and not get crammed in, and a big statement piece just goes up a size.
Matching a pouch to a box? Our jewelry box dimensions guide has the usual piece sizes. And a trick from the packing bench, for necklaces, thread the clasp through a little card before it goes in the pouch. No more knots.
We do two, non-woven fabric and kraft paper. Non-woven is soft, kind of like felt, it takes a printed logo well and you can open and close it a hundred times without it looking tired. Kraft paper’s cheaper with a natural, handmade look that minimal brands like, though to be honest it’s more of a one-trip thing.
Had velvet or satin in mind? Say so in your quote request, we’ll be straight about what we can do for that order. Oh, and a smooth lining matters more than you’d think (polished silver left for months in a rough pouch just loses its shine, slowly, and nobody notices till it’s dull).
We’d keep the print to a logo in the middle, one color, maybe a short line under it if you really want words on there. Fabric texture eats very thin lines and tiny type, so if your artwork won’t print clean our team will say so and suggest a small fix. Dark inks show up best on kraft. On a dark pouch? White or metallic ink looks lovely.
Put a pouch together with our custom jewelry boxes or the smaller earring boxes and the gift set matches all the way from the outer box down to the pouch.
Our minimums are low, often around 50 pouches depending on the style, and each one costs less the more you order. Design help’s free. We place your logo, check the file for anything that won’t print and send you a digital proof, plus a physical sample if you ask.
Production usually takes 10 to 12 business days after you approve the proof, then ground shipping to anywhere in the USA is on us. There’s more in jewelry packaging, or just ask for a pouch quote.
Somewhere from 3 by 4 up to 4 by 5 inches for most necklaces we see. The chain lies loose that way, not bunched.
Sure, lots of brands do exactly that. You get the gift box and a travel pouch in one order.
Not on their own, really, loose pairs split up when someone opens the pouch. Pop them on a tiny backing card first.
Brands ordering these often look at custom printed jewelry packaging boxes, custom jewelry boxes, bracelet boxes and custom rigid necklace boxes gold foil logo printing as well. You can see the full range in jewelry packaging, and our guide to jewelry box sizes helps with sizing.
