Custom Bra Boxes

We size these bra boxes to your actual cups and your biggest size, so a padded bra still looks like a padded bra when it’s opened. Folding carton, rigid lid box or a mailer, your call, and tissue or an insert or a window if you want one.

Description

A bra is a strange thing to package. It’s soft, but the cups have a shape you really don’t want crushed, and the straps and hooks will tangle the moment the box gives them room. Custom bra boxes fix that by being built around the garment itself, not around a stock size someone picked years ago.

Who calls us? Lingerie startups, mostly. Online underwear shops and a couple of boutiques too, all sick of squashing padded bras into poly bags. A shelf carton for some of them, a box that gets through the post and still opens like a present for others. Both from one design is doable, mostly.

Custom Bra Boxes Built Around Cup Shape

Cups first. Always. A molded bra wants enough depth that one cup tucks into the other without getting a crease pressed into it, whereas your bralette or soft sports bra folds pretty much flat and should go in a slim box that’s cheaper to post anyway. Which size do we measure? Send us the biggest one in the range, that’s the troublemaker.

We’ll often put a little card form in there that keeps the cups curved, so the bra comes out looking like it did on the hanger and not like it sat under a pile of jeans, then tissue over the top so the straps stay put. Selling sets? We can split the base and give the matching brief its own spot, off the cups.

Which Box Style Suits Your Lingerie Line?

Everyday bras going on a shop shelf? Our usual pick is a printed SBS paperboard tuck end carton, it’s light and it flat-packs and you get to print on every side. A die-cut window on the front lets shoppers see lace or color without opening anything. Here’s the thing, though. Windows on padded styles only work if the insert holds the cup up to the opening, otherwise customers just see a gap.

Bridal lingerie and gift sets usually go into rigid board. A two-piece lid and base is the classic, and magnetic closure boxes are popular because the flap shuts with a soft click and customers tend to keep them for storing delicates. Drawer styles work nicely too. You’ll find more structures for clothing in our custom apparel packaging range.

Printing and Finishes for Bra Packaging

Lingerie branding tends to be quiet. We’d do soft-touch and one foil logo, gold or silver, and leave it there, honestly it does more than a busy print would. Blind embossing is a nice one too (no ink, just the raised shape you feel with your thumb). Loud, fun brand? Then forget all that and go full color on gloss, it looks great in an unboxing video.

Printing inside the lid is a small thing that people notice. A care note, a sizing reminder or just a pattern. Our team sets up the dieline and lays out your artwork free, checks your files for print problems, and sends a digital proof before anything runs.

Shipping Bras Without the Squash

Padded envelopes squash cups. A printed corrugated mailer doesn’t, and we’d use E-flute, thin enough to print on nicely but it still takes a beating from the sorting machines. Plenty of brands put a branded carton inside a plain mailer, which keeps costs sensible. Our guide to corrugated boxes for online clothing stores covers sizing for that setup.

Minimums are low, often around 50 boxes depending on the style, and the price per box drops as you order more. Standard production runs 10 to 12 business days after you approve the proof, and ground shipping is free anywhere in the USA. Pairing hosiery too? Our tights packaging can share the same artwork.

Custom Bra Boxes FAQs

Can one box size work for my whole size range?

Often, yes, if the range isn’t too wide. We size for the largest cup and use an insert to stop smaller sizes from shifting, though very large cup sizes sometimes need their own box.

Will a window let dust in?

We can line the window with clear PET film so the lace stays visible and clean. It adds a little to the cost but most retail brands think it’s worth it.

Can I see a sample before ordering in bulk?

Yes. You get a digital proof on every order, and a physical sample on request, which is handy for checking how a padded cup sits inside.
