Corrugated mailers that lock shut on their own and open kind of like a gift. Print the outside, the inside, or both. Kraft or white, E-flute or B-flute, and if your product slides around we’ll add an insert.
Your time is very important to us so we have kept it short.
Tape guns are slow. Pack orders on a kitchen table for a month and you’ll know exactly how much of your life goes to taping and re-taping plain brown boxes. Our mailer cartons? One flat sheet, fold, front tabs lock into slots, tuck the lid. A sticker or one strip of tape and it’s out the door.
Honestly we make more of these than anything else, for online stores and subscription brands and clothing labels and folks selling small gadgets. You know the box from unboxing videos. Lid comes up, there’s a print inside, the product’s just sitting there, no peanuts everywhere.
It’s one die-cut sheet of corrugated, that’s all. The sides fold over on themselves so you get double walls, which is really where the strength comes from (a plain folding carton the same size is way flimsier), then tabs lock in and the lid tucks.
We’d usually go E-flute. It prints nice and folds clean and still survives a courier tossing it. Heavy product? B-flute. Our guide on mailer box dimensions lists common sizes if you’re starting from scratch.
The carriers bill you on size, not just weight, so two extra inches on every box sounds like nothing until you add up a year of orders. Measure the product, add space for tissue or an insert, then stop. Snug is good. Stuff that can’t move doesn’t come back broken.
Got a bunch of products? A couple of smartly picked sizes, maybe three, will cover most of what you send. Our tuck top mailer boxes are a lighter-weight cousin for small items, and the classic custom mailer boxes come in fully printed versions for brands that want color everywhere.
A trick we show a lot of small brands. Plain kraft outside, maybe one ink color for a logo, and then go wild with full color on the inside, because it costs less than printing the whole outside and it sits quietly on a porch until somebody lifts the lid and, oh, there it is. If you sell pricier stuff, you’ll probably like that nobody walking by can tell what’s in it.
White board shows bright colors better if you want full outside print. Kraft gives an earthy look, and most corrugated and kraft boxes are recyclable, which customers increasingly care about. We print with soy-based and water-based inks.
You can start small, often around 50 boxes depending on the style, and each box costs less as you order more. The dieline and artwork layout are on us, we look your files over for problems, and you see a digital proof before anything runs. A physical sample is available on request.
Standard production is 10 to 12 business days after proof approval, with free ground shipping anywhere in the USA. See more options in corrugated shipping boxes, or request a quote with your product size.
The tabs lock the box shut on their own, but most sellers add a sticker or a strip of tape on the front for security in the mail.
For most light and medium stuff, yep. Shipping something heavy across the country? We’d take B-flute, it holds up better when it gets squashed.
Totally fine. Lots of people do inside-only with a plain or one-color outside, and it saves money.
Plenty of customers order this alongside mailer shipping boxes, tuck top mailer boxes, bux board boxes and custom shipping boxes. More styles are in corrugated shipping boxes, and mailer box dimensions covers the common sizes.
