Your logo or menu on a corrugated pizza box, any size you sell, personal pie right up to the 18 inch. Food-safe inside, vented for steam, and stiff enough to stack hot. Kraft or white board, low minimums, free design help and free ground shipping in the USA.
Your time is very important to us so we have kept it short.
Your pizza box gets more screen time than any ad you’ll run. It sits on a coffee table through a whole movie, shows up in group photos, and ends up on the curb with your name on it. Custom printed pizza boxes are the cheapest marketing a pizzeria has, as long as the box does the basic job first: keep the pie hot, the crust crisp and the cheese off the lid.
We make them for independent pizzerias, food trucks, ghost kitchens, sports bars and small regional chains. Most have been using plain stock boxes with a sticker, and want something that actually looks like them.
Corrugated, always. That wavy middle layer holds air, so the pie stays warm longer, and it’s also why the lid doesn’t cave in when you stack them. E-flute is the thinner one and takes print really well, we’d use it for smaller pies or anything with a busy design on top. B-flute is thicker and handles big, heavy pies and tall delivery stacks better.
Steam kills crust. Skip the vents and ten minutes later the base is soggy (guess who the customer blames, it isn’t the box maker). We punch a few holes in the lid or the side flaps. Steam gets out, most of the heat stays put. Corner locks matter too, honestly more than people think, because a box with loose corners will pop open once a driver piles three more on it in a hot bag.
Pizza boxes are measured by the pie they hold, so a 12 inch box is a little over 12 inches inside. Most shops pick from 8 up to 18 inch, going up in twos, and then there are rectangular ones for Detroit or Sicilian. Our pizza box sizes guide lists common inside dimensions.
Measure your actual pies, not the menu size. A hand-stretched 14 inch often comes out at 14 and a half, and a box that’s even slightly tight squashes the outer crust. If you sell square pans, our Detroit pizza boxes are deeper to fit the tall edge.
Pizza boxes print best with simple, bold designs. One or two colors on kraft looks classic and costs less. White board shows full color artwork brightly. Don’t waste the inside of the lid either. Put a thank-you note there, your phone number, maybe a QR code for online orders or a bad pizza joke. People read the inside of the lid while they eat. Really.
Food-safe inks go on the outside. The inside surface that touches food stays plain. Pepperoni heavy? A greaseproof liner in the base keeps the oil from soaking through the bottom. We set up the dieline and your artwork for free and check the files for anything that won’t print right, then you get a digital proof. A physical sample is available on request, and we’d suggest it. Put a hot pie in it and drive around the block.
If you’d like a natural look, our kraft pizza boxes are a popular pick. All styles live in our pizza boxes section.
Minimums are low, often around 50 boxes depending on the style, and price per box drops quickly as you order more, which matters for a product you go through by the hundreds every week. Standard production is 10 to 12 business days after proof approval, rush is available on request, and ground shipping is free anywhere in the USA. Boxes ship flat and stack in a small corner of the kitchen. Get a quote for your sizes.
Yes. Printing goes on the outside of the same corrugated board, so heat holding doesn’t change.
Yes. Many shops print a message, menu highlights or a QR code inside the lid. The base where the pizza sits stays unprinted.
We’d usually go with B-flute for large pies. It’s stiffer across the lid, so it won’t sag onto the cheese.
Brands ordering these often look at custom burger boxes, custom coffee boxes, tea packaging boxes & bag and custom milk carton as well. You can see the full range in food and beverage, and our guide to standard pizza box sizes helps with sizing.
