Selling beard oil in 30 ml or 50 ml droppers? Our custom printed beard oil packaging boxes come with a neck insert, so the glass stands straight and never rubs the walls. Kraft or matte black, or a rigid kit if you’re doing gifts, printed with scent notes and ingredients.
Your time is very important to us so we have kept it short.
Amber glass, frosted glass, a rubber dropper on top. That’s beard oil, nearly always. Nice to hold. But glass plus oil in a box that lets it knock around is trouble, because a cracked dropper leaks, the oil soaks into the carton, and then the whole shelf smells like cedarwood for a week, so custom printed beard oil packaging boxes are really about keeping that bottle snug while giving your brand a proper front panel.
Most of these orders come from small men’s grooming brands, barbershops with their own line, and subscription box curators. Plenty of them started with just a label on a bare bottle, then found out retailers and gift buyers wanted a box.
Thirty ml (1 oz) is the size we see most, then 50. Measure with the dropper on, because that rubber bulb adds more height than you’d guess, and give it a few extra millimeters. Too tall and the bottle bounces up and down in transit, which is honestly how most droppers work loose.
Inside, we’d put a paperboard insert with a hole for the neck so the bottle stays upright and centered. Selling 50 ml as well? Our 50 ml bottle packaging covers that slightly bigger build. Tuck end is the standard style here, cheap to ship and easy for a barber to restock.
Grooming brands mostly land in one of a few camps. Rustic? Kraft board, dark ink, maybe a wood-grain pattern. Sharp and modern usually means matte black SBS with a copper or gold foil logo, and then there’s the gift crowd who want rigid board with a magnetic lid holding oil, balm and a comb together.
Matte lamination is popular since it hides fingerprints and feels solid. Soft-touch costs a bit more but has that almost rubbery feel. A logo debossed into kraft looks great and uses no ink at all (one of our favorites, to be fair). What we’d skip is very light colors on the outside, because oily fingertips leave marks.
People want to know the scent before they buy, so put the scent name big on the front with a short line of notes, “sandalwood, orange, black pepper”, something like that. Back panel gets ingredients, size and directions, and we like a tiny how-to too (“three drops, rub between palms, work it through”) because first-timers really don’t know.
Dieline and artwork layout? Free, our team does it, and you get a digital proof to sign off on before we print a thing. For sizes across a cosmetic range, the standard cosmetic box sizes guide has more.
Minimums are low, often around 50 boxes depending on the style, so a separate box per scent doesn’t mean overcommitting. Price per box drops as you order more. Production is 10 to 12 business days after proof approval, ground shipping is free anywhere in the USA, and if you want to test the fit with your own bottle we can send a physical sample.
Planning a whole grooming line? Look at the cosmetic boxes range for balms, washes and kits. Our essential oil packaging boxes fit similar bottles too.
Kraft darkens where oil touches it. A light coating or lamination outside helps a lot, and a snug insert stops the leak from happening in the first place.
Yes, with a two-section insert. Send us both sets of dimensions and we’ll lay it out.
Amber, we’d say. It blocks light better, so it’s the safer pick with a window, while clear bottles look nicer in a box without one.
