Corrugated shipping boxes cut to your product size, in single, double or triple wall. Plain brown, white or printed with your logo outside and in. Less void fill, fewer crushed corners, and smaller boxes that can bring down what you pay the carriers.
Your time is very important to us so we have kept it short.
Most businesses start shipping in whatever brown box the local store sells. It works. Until one day you add it up, the air you’re paying to ship, the rolls of bubble wrap, the photos of crushed corners in your inbox. Custom shipping boxes flip that around. Box fits product.
We make them for online shops and subscription brands mostly, also wholesalers sending cases to stores and a few small machine shops shipping parts, and honestly they all want the same stuff: nothing broken on arrival, no overpaying for cardboard, and a box that looks like a real company sent it.
Carriers charge on dimensional weight. A light item in a big box gets billed as if it were heavy. Knock an inch off each side and you might land in a cheaper bracket, and over a few hundred orders a month that’s real money (the math is all in our piece on how box dimensions affect shipping cost).
A snug box protects better too. Less room, less sliding, so when a driver drops it the product doesn’t slam into the wall. Send us the item and we’ll size inside dimensions with a sensible allowance for packing material. Got a bunch of products? We’d usually land on two or three sizes that handle most orders.
Single wall corrugated is one fluted layer between two liners. It’s the standard for most ecommerce: clothes, books, cosmetics, small electronics. Double wall adds a second layer and is the one to pick for heavy items, glass, or anything stacked high on a pallet. Triple wall is heavy duty, used for machinery parts and very large or dense loads.
Flute size matters too. B-flute is the common all rounder. E-flute is thinner, the surface is smoother, and so that’s what we’d reach for when the box is getting a nice print. For a full side by side, read single wall vs double wall vs triple wall. Rule of thumb from the shop floor: if you can push the side of a filled box in with one thumb, step up a grade.
Plain kraft is cheapest and looks honest. Add a one-color logo on the outside and it already looks way more put together, for not much more money. Subscription and gift brands tend to go full color inside and out, because the unboxing is kind of the whole show for them. And then some companies only print the inside. Keeps the doorstep box plain.
Want it to open like a present? Then honestly a custom mailer box with tuck flaps might be the better buy than a classic shipper. Brown, plain and sturdy? Look at our kraft corrugated boxes. Every style is collected in the corrugated shipping boxes range.
Minimums are low, often around 50 boxes depending on the style, and per box pricing falls as you scale. Most corrugated boxes are recyclable, and we print with soy-based and water-based inks. Production runs 10 to 12 business days from proof approval, with free ground shipping anywhere in the USA.
Over roughly 20 to 30 pounds packed, or there’s glass inside, or it’s going under a stack of other boxes? We’d go double wall. Lighter goods are usually fine in single wall.
Inside dimensions, measured from your product plus any padding. We’ll work out the outside size from the board thickness.
You can, but you’ll pay to ship air on the small orders. Two or three sizes usually cover most product lines and keep postage down.
Plenty of customers order this alongside vape accessories shipping boxes, custom ecommerce boxes, custom corrugated boxes and custom mailer boxes. More styles are in corrugated shipping boxes, and mailer box dimensions covers the common sizes.
