A typical wand bottle is maybe 0.7 to 0.9 inches across and 3.5 to 4.5 inches tall with the cap on, so you end up with a tall skinny carton, and we’d ask for exact measurements or just a sample so we can size it with a tiny bit of room.
Thin bottle, slightly wider box? Add a small insert at the base with a hole for the bottom of the bottle. It holds the thing centered and upright so the wand can’t wiggle and the seal holds, and that one scrap of board saves you a lot of sticky returns.
Gloss is all about shine, so lean into it.
Younger gloss brands go nuts for holographic foil because it throws rainbow light as the box turns, and gloss lamination over a bright color looks kind of juicy, while soft-touch gives you a velvety contrast if your brand is more minimal. A clear window shows the real shade in the bottle. That helps a lot when a shop doesn’t have testers out.
