Corrugated mailers and shippers for vape kits, pods, coils, chargers and e-liquid bottles, with die-cut inserts that keep glass and batteries apart. Printed inside and out, sized to your kit, and tough enough for courier networks and wholesale cartons.
Your time is very important to us so we have kept it short.
Vape orders are a mixed bag to ship. A starter kit, a couple of pod packs, a 30 ml bottle of liquid and a USB-C charger, all in one parcel that’s going to be dropped, stacked and thrown around a sorting hub. Vape Accessories Shipping Boxes are corrugated mailers and cartons built for exactly that, with inserts that keep the glass, the battery device and the small parts in their own spaces.
Our buyers are online vape shops, e-liquid brands, hardware sellers and distributors sending cases to stores. The common pain point is breakage. One cracked bottle soaks a whole order, and the customer wants a full replacement.
The insert matters more than the outer box. A die-cut corrugated or paperboard insert with slots for each bottle stops them knocking together, which is how most leaks start. Devices and mods sit in a cavity that matches their footprint. Coils, drip tips and spare pods go in a smaller tray so they don’t vanish under the flaps.
What’s in a normal order for you? Send us the exact sizes of all of it. And if every order’s a different mix, don’t try to make one box that sort of half-fits everything, we’d rather draw you two standard layouts, maybe a kit box and a liquids box, and call it done.
Most single kits ship fine in a printed E-flute mailer. It’s thin enough to print sharp graphics on but still stiff. Heavier orders with several glass bottles do better in B-flute. Wholesale cases going to shops, packed with dozens of retail boxes, usually want double-wall corrugated. Our guide to single, double and triple wall boxes explains when each one is worth it.
Lithium batteries, quick heads up. Carriers sometimes have their own extra rules on how those get labeled and packed, and they change, so ask yours what applies right now. We can leave room on the box for any marks you need to add.
Since these are shipping boxes, many brands keep the outside quiet (a logo and a color, nothing that shouts what’s inside) and save the bold design for the inside of the lid. That’s where the customer actually sees it. A thank-you line, a QR code for your coil guide or a reorder discount goes over well.
Matte lamination on the outside resists scuffs in transit. Inside printing doesn’t need lamination. Our team sets up the dieline and artwork at no extra cost and checks your files for print problems. Inks are soy or water based, and most corrugated boxes are recyclable.
For the retail boxes that ride inside, look at our vape cartridge boxes. If you want a standard mailer style without inserts, our custom mailer boxes come in many sizes. More vape styles live in our vape boxes and packaging range.
Inserts should always be tested with your real products. Ask for a physical sample before the bulk run, fill it, close it and give it a shake. Once you’re happy, production takes 10 to 12 business days after proof approval, with free ground shipping in the USA.
Orders often start around 50 boxes depending on the style, and the price per box drops as you scale up. You’ll find more shipping cartons in our corrugated shipping boxes section.
Yes, with a combined insert that has a device cavity and bottle slots. If your orders vary a lot, two box sizes usually work better.
Many brands prefer a discreet outside with a logo only, and put the full design inside the lid where customers see it.
B-flute or double-wall corrugated handles the weight of several glass bottles better than thin E-flute.
Brands ordering these often look at custom ecommerce boxes, custom corrugated boxes, custom mailer boxes and tab lock roll end corrugated box as well. You can see the full range in corrugated shipping boxes, and our guide to mailer box dimensions helps with sizing.
